We’re four months into 2018 and I think it’s important to reflect on goals or new year resolutions you set in January. With that said, I think it can be challenging to modify one’s own mindset and change limiting beliefs; I know… I also struggle to rewrite my internal dialog. However, I think it’s vital to examine the things you think, say, and do!
Throughout this next week, pay attention to these things and take note, even write them down. At the end the of the week take out your list you’ve created and rewrite them to new, positive, and freeing beliefs and actions that you’ll work into everyday practice. Any time you start saying a limiting belief, stop and correct yourself. This won’t change overnight, but with practice you’ll develop a new outlook that drives what’s truly possible in life.
