How do you focus on driving your success at work? The key word here is focus. Focus on the activities that propel you in the direction you want to go. Drown out distractions around the office and don’t get involved in gossip. Focus on the activities at hand that need to be completed…get them done so you can move on to the next thing, like self improvement. Are there skills you’d like to improve on? Focus on getting work items done quickly so you can spend even just a few minutes on self improvement activities. Do a little bit each day and you’ll accomplish great things.
